We strive to create a peaceful, respectful, and uplifting atmosphere for every client. Kindness, patience, and respect are expected from everyone who enters. We believe in serving others with love and excellence as guided by our faith. 📅 Booking Policy All appointments must be booked in advance through the booking system. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will go toward your final service total. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. ⸻ 💳 Deposit Policy A deposit is required when booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time if the appointment is rescheduled within the allowed timeframe. ⸻ ❌ Cancellation Policy Please provide at least 24–48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel with less than the required notice, your deposit will be forfeited. ⸻ ⏰ Late Policy Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on the service booked. Late arrivals may also result in: • A late fee, or • Service modification, or • Appointment cancellation ⸻ 🚫 No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will lose their deposit and may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments. ⸻ 💵 Payment Policy Accepted payment methods include: • Cash • Card • Digital payment (Apple cash,Zelle, etc.) Full payment is required at the completion of service. ⸻ 🔁 Refund Policy All services are non-refundable.
